Swing dance evening: Mr. Kong & His Swinging Monkeys (CZ)
This musical combo plays swing in the style of the turn of the 30s and 40s for listening and dancing. The band brings a lot of their own invention into their playing and some improvised pieces sound almost like written arrangements. This swing is definitely not boring and invites you to move from your chair to the dance floor. You will be guided through the basics of swing dance by lecturer Alexandra Sýkorová from the local Swing Znojmo dance community, thanks to which swing music has been dancing regularly every other week in Znojmo for several years.
