Event description

The most important personality of the Slovak jazz scene, Peter Lipa, will team up with the supremely brightest constant of the Czech music scene, Vojtěch Dyk. The precise singing performance of a multi-talented artist with a huge scope, winner of the Thália and Český slavík awards, will be presented in Znojmo as part of JazzFest, accompanied by Peter Lipa’s band consisting of proven collaborators from recent years.

Živé hraní je jeho hlavním způsobem seberealizace. Začínal v 60. letech v kultovním V-klubu a později od 1980 do 1995 zpíval pravidelné Čtvrtky v památné Staré sladovně.

Český herec a hudebník

Ke zpěvu se dostal přes chlapecký sbor Pueri gaudentes. Zpíval v kapelách Davidoff a T.O.P. Dream Company. Je především znám jako frontman hudební kapely Nightwork a její tříčlenné podskupiny Tros Discotequos. Představil se též jako zpěvák brněnské swingové formace B-Side Band.
